The nursery is 95% complete, so it's time to share some pics to show off our work. I'm pleased with how it all turned out. The shelves still need some decorations but that will come with time.
The long frame with my ultrasound pictures is something I've been brainstorming forever. I have been racking my brain for months to think up an idea of what to do with my ultrasound pictures and finally came up with this. We actually had the frame (from Target) in the bathroom downstairs and I put 8 u/s pictures in it, from oldest to most recent, and at the top I plan on putting a picture of Baby Mills when he's born and then hanging it up in his room.

The dresser was quite the project. We found it on Craigslist and it previously belonged to a hoarder (funny story if you haven't heard it). It was a strange cream, off white color, and Josh insisted it didn't need to be painted since it essentially matched the rest of the room. I was not havin it (um, yeah it came from a hoarder, remember...we're painting it for sure).
So, we picked out this fun turquoise color and then sanded and stained the edges to shanty it up a bit. Then I topped it off with a Ralph Lauren glaze. Lastly, we added the zebra knobs I ordered off of etsy.com. This was my first time refurbishing a piece of furniture and it was so much fun! I'm already wondering what piece I can work on next!
And, of course, I have to throw in a picture of Murphy. She has adopted this rug as her own, sleeping here every night. It's pretty cute.

Now all we need is a baby...come on Cletus!
